The main strategic partner of the Kuban Cossack Chorus is "Company "Basic Element". It conducts its charitable activity through the fund "Free deed". The fund was established in Moscow in 1998 and it acts in practically all Russian regions as well as abroad. From the start the Fund has been an active participant in various programs and separate projects supporting national culture, supporting, reviving and developing the cultural and historic heritage of Russia, i.e. supporting museums, theatres, different artistic companies, talented performers, local centres of culture and libraries, various cultural-educational events. For the State Kuban Cossack Chorus "Company "Basic Element" and the fund "Free deed" have become a strategic partner in projects both in Russia and abroad.

On April 11 2003 in the packed to the capacity Kremline Palace there was a big recital of the Kuban Cossack Chorus dedicated to the 65-th birthday of its artistic director, a remarkable Russian patriotic composer Victor G.Zakharchenko. Over 7 thousand spectators came to watch the performance of the Kuban artists in the main concert hall of the country. Among the honoured guests there were the Governor of Krasnodar region Alexandre Tkachyov, the Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, the Minister of agriculture Alexey Gordeev. One of the best Russian film directors and a prominent public figure Nikita Mikhalkov warmly introduced the legendary Chorus to the muscovites and even sang together with the Chorus an old Russian Cossack song "Not For Me the Spring Will Come".

Owing to a special program of development of the State Kuban Cossack Chorus there have already been issued 3 CD's of the Chorus' songs anthology.

The first album "Unharness the Horses, Boys" with the popular hits "Unharness the Horses, Boys", "The Cossacks Were going Home From the Don", "My Sweetheart Would Like Some Dumplings" which had long become a sort of "visiting card" of the company, was released in 2004. In October of the same year was released the second CD - a double album dedicated to the 30 years anniversary of Victor Zakharchenko's work with the Kuban Chorus. It contained songs composed by Zakharchenko to the lyrics of the classical Russian and Ukrainian poets performed by the Kuban Cossack Chorus (soloists Pavel Kravchuk, Marina Golchenko and Alexandre Dedov).

January 2005 was marked by the release of a double album recorded together with the men's choir of the Moscow Sretensky Monastery "Russia, Rus, Preserve Yourself" in which the Monastery choir performs classical choral pieces and the Kuban Cossack Chorus originally interprets the patriotic songs both folk and those written by composers. In the near future a DVD record of the concert called "Basic Element" presents the Kuban Cossack Chorus in the Kremlin"

In the anniversary year of the Victory in Great Patriotic war Kuban Cossack Chorus with the support of the "Company "Basic Element" made a big tour visiting hero-cities, cities of partisan glory in Russia, Byelorussia and Ukraine. Novorossiisk, Sevastopol, Brest, Minsk - 13 cities altogether - applauded the truly folk art of Kuban Cossacks. On the Victory Day, May 9, the Chorus gave a concert in the open air on a central square of Krasnodar before the audience of some 10 thousand spectators.
